For how long do we store your Personal Data?
The Data Controller will store your Personal Data indefinitely or until you request that it be deleted. Who are the recipients of your Personal Data  ?
Your Personal Data may be disclosed to and processed by:
(i) legal entities or natural persons acting as external data processors, carrying out outsourced activities, appointed by GreenSun Group or by the external data processors of GreenSun Group (including entities entrusted with the assistance, communication, marketing, advertising, promotion and sale of products and/or services, as well as advertisers, advertising agencies, IT service providers, Site managers, managers of electronic platforms, partners, banks, professional firms)

Your rights in relation to the processing of your Personal Data
The Privacy Policy gives you several rights as a data subject. In particular, you are entitled to:
1.     obtain from the Data Controller the confirmation of the existence or otherwise of your Personal Data, including if not yet recorded, and its disclosure in an intelligible form, as well as access to your Personal Data (by obtaining a copy thereof) and the relevant information (including the purposes of the processing, the categories and origin of the Personal Data, the categories of recipients to whom it has been or may be disclosed, the storage period (when possible), and the rights that may be exercised)
2.     obtain from the Data Controller the rectification of your Personal Data and the integration of your incomplete Personal Data
3.     obtain from the Data Controller the deletion of your Personal Data without undue delay, inter alia, when the Personal Data is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was processed, or there is no longer any legal basis for its processing
4.     obtain from the Data Controller the transformation into an anonymous form or the blocking of your Personal Data processed in breach of the law, including data the storage of which is not necessary, in relation to the purposes for which the Personal Data was collected or subsequently processed
5.     obtain from the Data Controller the restriction of the processing of your Personal Data, inter alia, when you contest its accuracy or object to its processing, for the period necessary for the respective checks
6.     receive, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, your Personal Data and transmit or, if technically feasible, obtain the direct transmission of your Personal Data to another data controller without hindrance, in cases where the processing is carried out by automated means and is based on your consent
7.     withdraw consent to the processing of your Personal Data for any of the purposes for which it was given.

The right to object to the processing of your Personal Data
At any time and for reasons related to your particular situation, you have the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data, which is necessary for the pursuit of a legitimate interest of the Data Controller or a third party.
